Neighbourhood Watch is a crime prevention program that has existed in Toronto since the early 1980’s. Artist Andrew Lamb has used his brilliant sense of humour to update the signs with a well chosen assortment of characters from comic books, TV shows and cartoons.

That’s great! I think this must spark an extra sense of pride and commitment for the residents. Otherwise those signs just blend in with the background and go unnoticed!
Based on the interviews I’ve read, most residents seem to be happy with what he’s doing. I think they’re hilarious. So glad you were able to comment without any problems!
